They had SERVED IN BUILDING HIS TEMPLE
Widows like TAMAR, RUTH (a Moabite who clung to Naomi) had served immensely to build JUDAH, DAVID, and LION OF JUDAH JESUS CHRIST, and ANNA the prophetess served GOD.
Psa_68:5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
Isa_10:2 To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless!
Deu_15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
Deu_24:14 Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:

· When LORD laments when priests are fallen by sword THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD should LAMENT!
Isa_9:17 Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
Widows like TAMAR, RUTH (a Moabite who clung to Naomi) had served immensely to build JUDAH, DAVID, and LION OF JUDAH JESUS CHRIST!

ANNA the WIDOW served GOD WITH FASTINGS and PRAYERS

Luk 2:36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;

When SALVATION is revealed

The Ships of Tarshish bring children of ISRAEL from FAR-

TAMAR and RUTH as WIDOWS
Tamar bore TWINS—PEREZ and ZERAH (Twins) Gen.38; 26-29
· Tamara became a widow when TWO SONS of JUDAH WERE KILLED BY GOD because of wickedness—Gen. 38; 6-10
And RUTH was to be LIKE HOUSE OF PEREZ—Ruth 4; 9-11
TAMAR –
Gen 38:6 And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, whose name was Tamar.
Gen 38:7 And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD slew him.
Gen 38:8 And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother.
Gen 38:9 And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.
Gen 38:10 And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.
Gen 38:11 Then said Judah to Tamar his daughter in law, Remain a widow at thy father's house, till Shelah my son be grown: for he said, Lest peradventure he die also, as his brethren did. And Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house.
THEN TAMAR heard after some time that SHELAH had grown, but JUDAH forgot it ---therefore TAMAR played “harlot” and made JUDAH to realize that TAMAR was MORE RIGHTEOUS than JUDAH!
Please read from Gen.38; 11 onwards (Tamar acted as a harlot and took some pledges from JUDAH, and Judah returned them to her, but there was NO HARLOT in that area--
Gen 38:24 And it came to pass about three months after, that it was told Judah, saying, Tamar thy daughter in law hath played the harlot; and also, behold, she is with child by whoredom. And Judah said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt.
Gen 38:25 When she was brought forth, she sent to her father in law, saying, By the man, whose these are, am I with child: and she said, Discern, I pray thee, whose are these, the signet, and bracelets, and staff.
Gen 38:26 And Judah acknowledged them, and said, She hath been more righteous than I; because that I gave her not to Shelah my son. And he knew her again no more.
Gen 38:27 And it came to pass in the time of her travail, that, behold, twins were in her womb.
Gen 38:28 And it came to pass, when she travailed, that the one put out his hand: and the midwife took and bound upon his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This came out first.
Gen 38:29 And it came to pass, as he drew back his hand, that, behold, his brother came out: and she said, How hast thou broken forth? this breach be upon thee: therefore his name was called Pharez.
Gen 38:30 And afterward came out his brother, that had the scarlet thread upon his hand: and his name was called Zarah.

Rth 4:11 And all the people that were in the gate, and the elders, said, We are witnesses. The LORD make the woman that is come into thine house like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem:
Rth 4:12 And let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young woman.
Naomi Widowed
Rth 1:1 Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons.
Rth 1:2 And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there.
Rth 1:3 And Elimelech Naomi's husband died; and she was left, and her two sons.
Rth 1:4 And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.
Rth 1:5 And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband.
Ruth's Loyalty to Naomi
Rth 1:16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
Rth 1:17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.
Naomi and Ruth Return
Rth 1:19 So they two went until they came to Bethlehem. And it came to pass, when they were come to Bethlehem, that all the city was moved about them, and they said, Is this Naomi?
Rth 1:20 And she said unto them, Call me not Naomi, call me Mara: for the Almighty hath dealt very bitterly with me.

Re 22:3 -And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of Almighty and of the Lamb shall be in it; and His servants shall serve Him:
We are to overcome the world to be PART OF HEAVENLY CHURCH, REGISTERED IN HEAVEN, through SPRINKLING OF BLOOD, Heb. 12; 22-25.
